Culinary Practicum


I went on a picnic to Marina Barrage with my friends a day before school started.

It has been quite awhile since i last posted. School just started a week ago. This semester, i am currently studying and practicing hard for Culinary Practicum. The chefs and teachers are very strict... and initially i was strugging hard with grooming and conduct.. but i am improving well! I wake up everyday at 5.15am, and the lessons end at between 5 to 6pm. Currently, i have learnt to make stocks, broths, soups and cutting vegetables! The vegetables are to be cut at a precise length and width, which is quite crazy.. Its really tiring..
